Do you ship?
We do offer shipping at an additional fee. We can also ship internationally.
How long will it take to receive my card once the order is placed?
Once the order is placed and paid for, you will receive an email asking for a photo of your animal and a few questions that need to be answered. Once we receive the photo, we can make the card and ship within 3 business days.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We offer bulk pricing discounts for 5 counts and 10 count orders. We offer wholesale pricing for businesses as well.
How do I know If I will get a basic, epic, legendary, or mythic card?
The type of cards will be chosen based on genetics and rarity of the animal. Basic cards are typically common morphs or single gene animals, Epic cards are 2 to 3 gene animals, legendary cards are 3 to 4 gene animals, and mythic cards are reserved for rare morphs.
Can I customize my card?
Yes, the background color can be chosen, you can also add your pets name to the top.
